Our spin academy provides the student with scenario based training that will lay a foundation for understanding the nature of spins, how to recognize them, execute a demonstration, and how to recover. This course is perfect for learners in ALL stages of their career.

After the completion of this course you will be proficient in the recognition of spins, how they develop, and how to recover. CFI candidates will receive a logbook entry showing completion and proficiency. This course includes and covers:

- 1.5-2 hours of flight time
- 1-2 hours of ground
- Stall Awareness
- Stalls
- Spin entry
- Spin development
- Spin recovery procedures
- Precision spin recovery
- Teaching spins (CFI Candidates Only)


Additional time can be purchased at a rate of:
Aircraft: $190/hr
Instructor: $75/hr
